DELIVERY & PAYMENT

Ordered products are delivered via Sameday courier service or self-delivery.
Below you will find all the information regarding the shipping fees and delivery methods offered by johnsontape.com
• Orders registered from Monday to Friday, until 14:00, will be delivered within 48 hours of handing over the package to the courier.
• Orders received on Friday after 14:00 will be sent to the courier on Monday, so in a maximum of 48 hours from when the product arrives at the courier, it will arrive at your place.
• We currently accept the following payment types:
– cash on delivery (payment at destination). – The payment will be made by you when the courier has brought the package to your door.
– payment by bank card via MobilPay
– payment by bank transfer
• In the case of deliveries that require additional Km, they are charged extra according to the Sameday tariff.
• In case of order cancellation or return within 15 days maximum, the shipping cost is not returned, and the shipping is borne by the customer.
