*Delivery conditions in PANDEMIC

Considering the current situation imposed by the coronavirus pandemic Romania is going through, it is necessary to use some restrictive safety measures to protect our employees, collaborators, as well as our customers.

The safety of deliveries is very important to us. In order to carry out the activity in a coherent, organized and, most importantly, as safely as possible to avoid the possibility of infection, we follow extremely rigorous hygiene measures as well as other measures to limit direct client-personal contact:
– orders will be made online and will be accompanied by online payment through the system available on our website
– the delivery person will contact the person upon arrival at the address to confirm the delivery, leave the products in front of the home and leave, and the order will be picked up by the customer after the delivery person’s departure (avoid direct contact).

We assure you that the transport of the products will be carried out in the safest possible parameters in our own constantly sanitized transport vehicles and those of the Fan Curier partner.

If you have a problem with a product ordered from us, which has not been resolved by the Technical Department or the Sales Department, you have the option of returning the product. The first step is to complete this return form.

This form must be completed in full, and we will respond by email or phone within 3 business days with return instructions.
